The trial is the evaluation period

Every workspace gets the full product free for 30 days, no card required — and if you need longer to decide, ask us and we'll extend it. Because you only ever pay after a full month of real use, subscription payments are not refundable as a standard matter, for monthly or annual plans.

The exceptions

Three cases sit outside that rule:

If we discontinue Queuebird, prepaid unused subscription time is refunded pro-rata (see the Terms). That's us failing to deliver — not the same thing as changing your mind.

Where the law requires a refund, it applies regardless of this policy. Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, and Paddle may issue refunds where consumer law or card-network rules require them.

Genuine edge cases — a duplicate charge, a subscription bought in error, a team that dissolved the week after an annual renewal — are handled case by case. Write to us; we read every request and we're not in the business of keeping money that wasn't fairly earned.
