Urgent (‼️)

Mark a PR urgent (‼️) three ways: the card’s ⋯ Actions menu, @Queuebird urgent <link>, or /qb add … urgent. Clear it from the same menu.

Marking urgent re-arms the SLA clock on the shorter urgent window from now. Urgent also skips the review-window, personal quiet-hours, and team-off-hours deferrals that would otherwise delay a nudge — as long as the recipient leaves Urgent DMs outside my hours on in ⚙️ Settings (it is by default). It never overrides a recipient’s live Slack Do Not Disturb; a DND’d reviewer’s urgent nudge still waits. (A maintainer’s 📣 Escalate bypasses hours unconditionally.)

The notify policy (/qb config) decides who hears about it: auto DMs the asked people (or the single least-loaded reviewer), asked-only DMs just the asked people, off DMs nobody. Urgent notifications never post @channel.
